My Journey of writing an Ebook

I just wrote a ebook called “Fundamentals of Cybersecurity”. This book took me 2 weeks of maximum effort to complete the work. I worked on this book day and night all day long to get my content to the best quality possible.

I never thought even in my life that I would write a book and earn the title of author. Looks like anyone can write a book on their own with efforts and knowledge.

My journey started as I am pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity. Why not I put my knowledge into a book so that everyone could attain what are the basics securing themselves in this digital space.

So with this initiation I started to write my Ebook and published it on both Gumroad and Kindle.

Learned a lot through the way here are some key points:

• Always have knowledge of what you are writing.
• Don’t focus on how much it would sell because you are writing for the benefit of people not for sales.
• Sales are by-product of your content.
• Always put maximum effort to writing and reading articles that could provide you with more knowledge on the particular topic

These are the key takeaways from my journey.
